This policy is for all our CUSTOM ORDERS . 

• Custom orders require at least 2-3 weeks notice.

•  Quotes for orders with less than 2 weeks notice may only be taken if we have availability in our schedule and they may require modifications.

•  Quotes could take up to 24 hours to be processed, they do not constitute an obligation to buy or a final order.

•  Any request to directly replicate any designs by other bakeries will only be taken into consideration. We will only use the design given as INSPIRATION. We would try to add as much detail taking in consideration the Dreamlab aesthetic. 

•  Orders are NOT added to our calendar nor confirmed until a quote has been processed, details confirmed , contract has been sign and payment is received. 

• Once the order is confirmed there are no cancellations. No reimbursements will be rendered

• we do not make only buttercream designs at this time , our 3D designs and base cakes are done with fondant 

IMPORTANT: You'll receive an email confirming the delivery and submission of every step in our cake ordering process . Please check Inbox as well as junk mail to make sure everything is summited. If you don't received one please contact us directly by phone or email
